Okatakyi Prof. Amenfi

Okatakyi Prof. Amenfi VII is a Senior Fellow at Bureau of Integrated Rural Development (BIRD) and the Coordinator for Education for Sustainable Development in Africa (ESDA) at KNUST.

He holds a Doctoral Degree in Development Studies from the University of Bradford, UK. Additionally, he holds post-graduate certificates in Planning and Appraisal of Industrial Investment, from Development and Projects Planning Centre, University of Bradford, UK and Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Capacity Building for Research and Development (Value Chain), ICRA, the Netherlands.

Those of us who were displaced during chattel slavery are totally disconnected from our roots and have no concrete link to our original families and tribes.

When proof of payment is accepted follow this three simple procedure

Official receipt of payment is issued in three days 

Land allocation documents indicating transfer of ownership of land from the Chief to the client is issued in two weeks.

Indenture is also issued within a period of 3 to 4 months.

After land acquisition — What Next?

Contact the office to get your piece of land surveyed at a fee.

Contact the office before your land is cleared.

Contact the office for assistance in securing building permits

Get builders registered at the office for supervision and technical advise
